It may take up to 48 hours before tracking is available after your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on OurTwoScents.com will be delivered by USPS unless you contact us and specify a different package carrier. Tracking availability may vary based on your request.
Orders may be delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these instances, your Order Status will not offer tracking information, but will still offer processing status and other details.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Visit the website. The status of your order and shipment tracking information can be viewed by logging into My Account. Tracking information may not be available after an order is shipped up to 48 hours.
